View house..
Haiz ...this one week.. went to view house..
On wednesday off day hubby drive car ( we rent car for $70 )
1st is telok blangang block 12 level 10 val is 209 k asking for 20k but the condition is like FUCK.
saying that 10k actually can consider for the owner ..but the toliet like worst then outside one !! and the window like going to drop it you know that!!
then husband say to agent the most is 5k and follow by 8k.
Now still waiting for the answer till tuesday.
the 2nd house is at bloack 13 level 2... val haven out asking at least for 20k.
the house upgraded with extra room.
3rd house is the malay 1 block 20 level 9 . val is 245k and asking for 5k also can
